DownloadTeng is a general purpose templating engine written in C++ (i.e. library). It is also available as Python module or PHP extension. The main idea of teng is to strictly separate application logic from presentation layer. Widely used on dynamic web sites.

Teng is a really nice template generator for linux. We are using it successfully on embedded linux platforms (power pc). As it has a small foodprint it could also be usefull for android and windows. But at least for windows it is not compileable at all.
