The main navigation (i.e. Inbox, New, Search...) does not always stay with the same items. for example, if I click on "Search", I only have 7 Items in the navigation, but if I click on "Inbox" I have got 9 Items.

This isn't really a bug, but rather an aspect of the theme being used. I would consider this mostly a feature request for the default theme
