Installed Tegaki on a recent Ubuntu system. After $ tegaki-recognize --simple a window appears. I drew a character and in the bottom of the window a few possibilities are given, among which the character that I meant. Good! Clicked the intended character. It is now highlighted. What next? Nobody knows. I tried all I could think of, but it is unclear how to get the recognized character out of Tegaki. Nothing is printed to stdout, nothing is in the X selection or the X clipboard. There is no way to get the character via copy&paste. The Unicode value is not given. The five buttons are not documented, but the yellow arrow erases one stroke, the brush erases all. I give up.
