#306 Tk GUI for dtplite

Extend dtplite with a Tk GUI which is invoked when the app is run without arguments => Windows, double-click, becomes meaningful.
No real ideas yet about how this GUI should look like. Maybe follow the use cases we have for the command line and make it wizard-style.
