#1369 ::rest::get & "format" config option...

(This is about the rest package)

Hi all,

I am reading the manual for the rest package in tcllib, and I get the impression that in ::rest::simple, the config directory should contain \"format\". In the rest of the manual, I got the impression that \"format\" and \"result\" are somehow synonyms.

Looking in the code, I see that only \"result\" is checked in config, and I am not sure what happens in parse_opts (:format is specified).

May be the documentation needs to mention only \"result\"? (And fix the option handling?)
