#24 Be able specify X number of lines shown after keyword match

The current version of tail for win32 has the option
to only show lines with specific keywords. It would
be great to also allow the user to specify in
addition to the line where the keyword was found to
be displayed but x number of lines afterwards to be
displayed.

I have tail for win32 monitoring server logs and only
showing lines with "Exception" in them. This tells
me an exception occurred but the information as to
where it happened is on the following lines and in
order to see that I have to open up the log file and
look for the exception. It would be great to say
only show lines with the word "Exception" and in
addition show the next 5 lines after the line where
you found the word "Exception".
