I know that we're going to use type attribute soon, but the current version's generation of the TAGxML will fail when the xml is given to the engine. If you intend to skip the version 0.12 release, that's fine. Also, you should consider renaming the tag names to something human readable as well as putting some default values to where it applies. (Reference to the reference xml file)
