I was wondering whether this is compatible to be used on 64 bit HPUX. You have mentioned that this would work with HPUX 32 bit but as my requirement was specifically with 64 bit HPUX hence wanted to get more clarity.

I think you won't have any problem to use the systester under a 64 bit system. Have you tried the binary I distribute? I tried it under a J6750 running HPUX 11.11i and works fine, but still remains a 32 bit application.
