I think David knows what is meant but there a cabinet files which do not contain the real data instead of those data files are shipped with the cabinet but they are encrypted (David called it 'obfuscated' and he also wrote a little tool to decrypt those files). Unshield can not handle this cabinets yet because it does not find the real data file which are not part of the cabinet itself.
