If a file extension is associated with syn, double-clicking
on a file with that extension in the windows explorer
opens the file with syn. If syn is already runs, it comes
to front.
But if a file opened in syn is modified or deleted
outside syn,
this does not work any more.

To reproduce:
- make sure that txt files are associated with syn
- open a windows explorer
- create a file a.txt
- double-click on it in the windows explorer --> syn
opens it
- swith back to exporer
- change the name of the a.txt to b.txt
- double-click b.txt
--> nothing happens, the file is not opened.

I am unable to repeat this in v3.0. Please use that version
    instead.
