Hi there,
Did you copy the file to the Nokia\installs directory on your memory card? This works on most S60 phones but the 3650 is quite old, so it might not.
If that doesn't work then try the following:
1. Change the extension of the install file from .sis to .jpg and copy it to the Nokia\Images directory on the memory card.
2. Put the memory card in the phone, go to the messaging application and create an email message.
3. Select add attachment and add the OggPlay install file. Open the attachment and OggPlay will be installed.
