#18 Safari/Firefox Mac not working

AS2 project. Everything else seems to be working well. The title of the page is changing correctly via the navigation logic, but the URL is not updating. Don't know where to start. Because the URL isn't updating, no history items are being generated, but if I type a URL, the SWFAddress.CHANGE listener works appropriately and goes to the right page. Tried several combinations of swfobject and swfaddress distributions. An old compile still works on the testing server, suggesting it must be something in the fla. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
