#13 Use of HTTP when HTTPS should be used

Setup: Running the site on HTTPS
Problem: Attempt to get a dump of a repo, it redirects to HTTP
Solution: Make code aware of HTTP vs HTTPS

Note: it appears the host name and port are already inserted in to majority of built url's. Shouldn't be a far stretch to make the protocol inserted as well.

I think this has been fixed a while a go.
