GdiRenderer is using Windows.Forms Control as its
container for rendering.
I would like to have a renderer which is unattended from
Windows.Forms, for example having a BitmapRenderer
which will do the rendering process in memory, without
any use of Windows.Forms .

Same as for SvgWindow.cs which use Control.
A shared library should not make use of GUI elements.
I suggest that the Control will be replaced with a Bitmap, and
the GUI "needs" will move to the SvgComponents library.
