#113 Import annotation layer: "Replace" option

In my workflow it would be very handy if I had a variant of the "Import annotation layer" option which rather than creating a new layer, replaced the existing active one, preserving its properties (its colour, show/play state, etc etc). That would allow me to quickly flip between various different annotations without having to repeatedly customise each one as I load it.
