#181 SV does not save maximized window state

Sonic Visualiser should save their window's maximized state when exiting.
Current behavior: you maximize SV, then exit the program, then open SV again, then SV is NOT maximized.
Expected behavior: you maximize SV, then exit the program, then open SV again, then SV is maximized.
Tested on Windows XP, W7 and W8.
(As a workaround, I'm setting the window state as maximized inside the shortcut's properties, but I think this shouldn't be necessary.)
