#35 Entries with / marks should not create directories

A design decision should be made. Will SushiWiki allow
any text between [[ and ]] or only recognizable WikiWords.
I made the mistake of creating entries in the form of
Meeting1/1/03 which will create subdirectories instead
of normal file entries.

As a result the page was not indexed, and editing would
usually result in RikiWiki errors.

I would suggest either converting slashes to % notation
or warning the user that this is a bad notation to use.
