#17 Suggestion for an alternate surf package name

I made a surf package review request for Fedora, but there is already a
surf package, so I called it Singular-surf, but it was suggested to
contact upstream about it. The review request (so that surf can be used
by Singular when following tutorials, etc in my work in progress Fedora
