#15 Patch for autoconf issues
There is an extraneous comma in configure.in that causes the configure script to never detect libtiff support. I fixed that, then had autoconf 2.66 spew lots of errors when I tried to regenerate the configure script. The attached patch brings the autoconf infrastructure up to date. After applying this patch, run "autoreconf -f -i" to replace the helper scripts with the modern equivalents (and install a few new ones, such as depcomp and ylwrap).
