0.3 released

First release

I have uploaded a source distribution, and a windows binary. The binary includes source, and everything you need to run (Allegro DLL).

The source distribution will compile on either Windows or Linux, but requires Allegro to be installed which you can get from http://sunsite.dk/allegro/wip.html
