#2 Ground decal transparency issues
The .png ground decals in Assets/Resources/Images/Ground Decals gained a strange bug where transparency doesn't work - in any file format. Using Photoshop to convert, I tried new .png copies and .tif copies. Both have the same problems. Exporting to a format such as .jpg that does not support transparency resulted in a correct image, but it needs to have the transparency to blend with the ground.
I have a fix that corrects this issue ready to commit.
