#12 Framerate in command line

Would it be possible to add framerate to command line option? I would like to make a batch convertion of sub (MicroDvd) subtitle files, but the program asks for a framerate. It has to be sub format because I use it for very long subtitles (12 - 15 lines) - two languages simultaneously.
