Automatic creation of .SUNWCCh symbolic links seems to have been lost a long time ago. This patch removes some clutter that remained from the old implementation and adds new rules for creating the symbolic links.

It also works around a Sun C++ bug: The include path must be absolute, or the compiler will mess up the resulting path while trying to resolve the symbolic links.
