Newest SC4 Guidlelines for Development of Mapping Specification has a mapping table grammar in
the annexes. It also has some noew requirements for using #numbered alternatives. STEP Mod
must decide whether to support this, and if so, will modifications be required for dtds. per annex E,
SC4 N1190 version can be used now, and is mandated for projects achieving stage 30 (whatever
that means) one year after SC4 approval (SC4 N1190 is dated 8/29/01).
