If you open ocular config and go to telescope list and try to use arrows to
position scopes in list only the down arrow works. the up arrow to position a
scope higher in list does nothing when clicked . In the ocular eyepieces lists
the arrows work fine there .

It's a bug. I just fixed it, the fix will be out with the next release. Thank
you for reporting it, though this forum is not the most appropriate place.
