A solar eclipse occurred at Esfahan, Iran (32'40"N, 51' 38"E) on August 11, 1999 beginning 10:44:47 UTC (15:14:47 local time at Esfahan.) I would like to observe this with Stellarium. I know how to set the location in the config.ini file, but I don't know how to set the time (or even if it's possible.) Any help in how to change the time from system time would be appreciated.

Effectively, this eclipse is perfectly visible in Stellarium.
Using the Configuration window, set the date and time to 08,11,199 8:00 UTC, and the location to 3240'N 5138' E and you will see...
Toggle the Atmosphere switch off, it's even better...
