#22 edit of a URL link in STARS\README

i thought a URL link listed from the STARS\README file
could be changed:

"User manuals, Quicktime Tutorials, the FAQ, papers,
mailing lists, and other
sources of documentation are all available at
http://stars-py.sf.net"

if you go to this link and then go to Docs (from top
menu) there are no files so
I think the below link will be more helpful..its from our
homepage
