#769 Add support for Windows 10

Add support for Windows 10 (to be released in July 29, 2015). Need to recognize Windows NT version 10.0 as either Windows 10 (if workstation) or Windows Server 2016 (if server). This will also ensure that the correct value ("Win10" or "WinSrv2016" instead of "Unknown WinNT") is provided for STAF variable STAF/Config/OS/Name.

InstallAnywhere 2015 (released in August 2015) officially supports Windows 10 so via Feature #758 "Upgrade to InstallAnywhere 2015 (Premier Edition)", upgraded the STAF InstallAnywhere build system to use InstallAnywhere 2015.

Added an attachment containing a cvs diff of the changes.

This feature will be in the next release of STAF, V3.4.23, which is planned for the end of September 2015.

This issue reappears also on Windows Server 2019 which is recognized as Windows Server 2016, can someone add also support for Windows Server 2019? Or just tell us how we can add support for it.
