#732 Improve STAX JVM Logging by adding timestamps to messages

When the STAX service writes messages to the STAX JVM Log, it does not currently provide a date/time for each message. When debugging a problem, it is often useful to know when error messages were written to the STAX JVM Log. So, this feature is to add a timestamp to messages that the STAX service writes to the STAX JVM Log.

This feature is in STAX V3.5.11.

In addition to providing the timestamp, a logging level (e.g. Error, Info, Warning, Debug) is also now logged, and if applicable, the Job ID and Thread ID.
