#2 static ip

first let me thank you for very interesting project.

just a little question.
i wonder if this can bypass firewall and accept inbound
connections.
for ex. i have linux box with 4 static external ips. will it
be possible to use peer-to-peer programs like emule,
kazaa etc if i assign these static ips to users connected
via windows isdn driver? (accept inbound connections
from assigned static ips) these users are behind firewall
and restricted by admin to use few ports - HTTP, HTTPS
and FTP.
