#2497 Invalid subject in a delivery notification

SquirrelMail 1.4.10a. A Russian User sends a delivery notification indicating that he received a message with a subject containg Russian characters. The recipient of the notification gets the message with the subject like this:

Read: ?UTF-8?...unreadable_text...

where 'Read:' is naturaly translated in Russian.

I changed src/read_body.php a bit and the problem is no longer at my SM. The diff file is attached.
