#1693 Problem with PHP upload limit and attachments

If the PHP configuration directive "memory_limit" is set
to the legitimate value of -1 (meaning unlimited)
SquirrelMail interprets this as an actual value of -1 in
the area of compose.php which works out the maximum
upload file size for attachments (lines 1108-1128 in
1.4.4-rc1).

    Thanks for reporting, I've fixed this in devel CVS and will
    fix in stable cvs, either before or after 1.4.4 release.
