I probably made moinmoin sound like it was insecure. It is just as=20
secure as other wikis, but the nature of a wiki is that anyone can edit=20=
them. Some people have written automated programs (bots) to insert=20
links to their sites at the bottom of wikis. The bots search the web=20
for wikis they know how to interact with and insert links. It's called=20=
I was getting about 150 pornographic links across all 8000 pages of my=20=
wiki. I'd take them off, then they'd show up again in a week or so. I=20=
wasn't able to block them by IP because the user kept moving around.
I've found out since that the new version of moinmoin has measures=20
against wiki spam. So perhaps it is actually less vulnerable to these=20
attacks now than other wikis. I really like moinmoin because it is=20
