In the documentation it says, "Feel free to use SharpPrivacy in your own NON commercial application" and that it is licensed under the GPL (as it says on Sourceforge). We would like to use part of the code in one of our products but we need the license issues clarified. If it is really GPL, it can be used for any purpose i.e. same as GnuPG or Mono's Cryptography.
