After I setup everything according to the directions, I receive an error stating: "You are not logged in. Your account has been disabled by the administrator for some reason."

I have tried many times to delete the passwords.php and start over to no avail. I have also altered the .htaccess files to ensure they are turning "Registred Globals" off. Nothing.

I did read in the help about making sure certain files have the same UID, I am unable to figure out how to do this. I am paying for a server, and I do not have access to these options. I have spoken with the technical support and I am awaiting a response back. If the UIDs have to be all the same, what are they changed to? Is that my login ID?

Thanks

The operating system user that the webserver is running as needs read/write access to the config directory. The latest version can check those permissions for you to see if they are correct.
