Added a basic site now with links to the project site at sourceforge and the screenshots.

I've uploaded a zip file the the executable and all the source needed to compile it. I've been using Delphi 5 to compile it.

A couple of screenshots of how the program looks is up on the webpage.

This project was registrated 2001-08-17, and I have tuned the Project Summary page a bit. I will return shortly with a minimalistic homepage that shows a some screenshots of the program, and do a file release of what I have so far.
