Which version of the sparklines add-in exhibits this problem?
Did the sparklines add-in work without this problem before installing these patches?
When does the problem occur?
- When starting excel?
- When creating a new workbook?
- When opening an existing workbook?
- When switching between two opened workbooks?
- Other events namely...
Does it always happen when you do that or just sometimes?

After installing the latest Microsoft patch for Windows XP SP3, Office Pro 2003 (SP3), when installing Sparklines, I get the following error messaage:
Run-time error '-2147467259' (80004005)';
Method 'PasteFace' of object '_CommandBarButton' failed.
Hope this helps with the troubleshooting.

Just as an add-on to the problem, The SPARKLINE menu item is not displayed an only the first icon of the toolbar (linechart) is displayed.
Any ideals?
