#19 Cleanup improvement

Hi,

It would be good if the "cleanup" command in spamprobe
could be given a list of (count,maxage) pairs, e.g. it
should be possible to clean up using "spamprobe cleanup
2 7 3 12 4 20 5 30", for example. This should be much
quicker than running "cleanup" several times, especially
when the database has grown large and when the
number of databases is large on a system.
