SpagoBI joins ObjectWeb and releases version 1.4.0

SpagoBI joins ObjectWeb consortium and the project is now hosted on ObjectWeb forge (http://forge.objectweb.org/projects/spagobi/).

Coming with that move we release the SpagoBI 1.4.0 version, also with new packages:
* SpagoBITest: unit test components for the SpagoBI core;
* SpagoBIDemo, to download an executive training environment;
* SpagoBI iReport plug-in, for the iReport dialog with SpagoBIs CMS.

Moreover, the SpagoBI core platform has new portlets for dashboards and single documents execution and Jndi configurations of resources.
