As fas I have seen, this project can not upload WSQ images.
As an option, you can add to this project the NBIS.NET implementation from NIST (http://www.nist.gov/itl/iad/ig/bws_old.cfm), which will allow to upload WSQ images.
It also can allow to use NFIQ algorithm to check the quality of a fingerprint Image.
