#33 Add support for tie-breaking-games

Sometimes when players cant be separated, they play
game(s) to decide who will be placed highest. It would
be great if SOSS had support for this. If tie-breaking-
games is specified as a criteria SOSS should inform that
a tie-breaking game needs to be played. Is should be
possible to enter the result of the tie-breaking game into
SOSS, so it will be displayed in the standings. It is not
neccessary for SOSS to pair the tie-breaking game. But
it would be nice if this is possible. But it should be
remembered that tie-breakning games can be played in
more ways than one.
