  Funny you should ask that skye, yes there is documentation, just not much as of yet.
  
  For quick install instructions, file formats, and javadocs, Check out the docs section of the sonia sourceforge site:

  For some older but more comprehensive information, look on the sonia homepage: http://sonia.stanford.edu/
  
  There are some forthcoming papers with a general conceptual overview of our approach, I will post them as soon as they are ready...

The wiki seems fine, but the link on the summary page was outdated, thanks for letting me know. I've updated it to http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/sonia/
