Changed the year from 2009 to 2010

All the documentation is in a zipped PDF where there also are descriptions of various scenarios and basic flows.

The Emrox Communication Central (ECC) is described to make it easier for third parties to get their implementation up and running.

The documantation has been updated once again to version 1.3.1

This time there is also a SETUP document that in simple ways tries to explain how the ECC (Emrox communication center) can be used to connect to BlueFront and use the SOMOS format to talk to other actors.

The first publicly released bundle of the SOMOS documentation has finally been released.
