#4 Support streaming

Support streaming... this is especially helpful when you
want to proxy SOAP calls, or when processing large
messages - for which SOAP::Lite 0.55 is currently
inefficient at.

No thoughts on how yet. Obviously we will be passing
around file handles (STDOUT and STDIN) which makes
streaming possible, but oi-vay, what a nightmare.

Hmm. Like creating a temp file in some user-defined directory and returning the file handle ?
Sounds quite good.
