SNMP#NET needs to include a copying permission statement that indicates the terms of its license.

I'm trying to use SNMP#NET for a project, but my employer will not allow it because there is no copying permission statement in the binaries or code that says "SNMP#NET is released under the terms of X". The text of the GPL and LGPL are included in the source code, but no information on if or how these are to be applied. If this is not fixed, I will have to re-write my application to use another SNMP library.

Would it be possible to include a copying permission statement with the source code and binaries? There are sample statements at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html which could be copied.
