#45 Change in log menu
This patch introduces icons for the 2 logs (default logo for SMPlayer and logo for mplayer: it was in their SVN named as mplayer.xpm, I converted it to png and attached here, do not know if it is ok)
Adds the missing key accelerator on that menu
It now respects the log settings under preferences, so if either or both of the log are disabled their window cannot be open anymore (it would be void) .
I also disabled the entire submenu (just in case, I like it better that menus get disabled), putting a status string that warns the user.
