I don't have access to a 64bit Windows. Someone else would have to compile it:

Anyway I don't know it there's a Qt package compiled for 64 bit, so things could be complicated.

Is mplayer compiled with mingw? I think there still isn't a good way to make 64-bit Windows executables with that yet.
