#111 Options menu items greyed out after first use

When the server is launched for the first time, The
Options menu items "Confirm On Exit" and "Stop Server
On Exit" are enabled, as expected. But with "Stop
Server On Exit" unselected, when I exit and then fire up
the interface again, "Confirm On Exit" and "Stop Server
On Exit" are greyed out. Which means that at this point
the only way to stop the server is via the Task Manager
or rebooting my machine... This is new in the 4.0
version; the 3.5b5 (or whatever the previous version was
called) did not exhibit this behavior.
