I don't know if this is simple to fix or even wrong, but hitting submit.pl?op=list calls getSubmissionSections, which dumps an error into the log. Check this out...

I see what the issue is. I renamed the method to getSubmissionSkins and reworked it. However I left the old errorLog message in there.
I grepped the code and getSubmissionSections isn't called anywhere else.
