#504 Polls for every story

It seems to me most posts could be summed up (and provide much more
useful data) if they were acopanied by a poll. If it was a rumor, the poll
would be something like: how likely? Possibly even how desirable as well
(why only one poll?). If it was a news item, then a reaction poll would be in
order. It would be a lot easier than trawling the user posts. Thanks.
